Ovidiu Gavrilovici

Ovidiu Gavrilovici is a full professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași. He teaches courses in psychological counselling and narrative therapy. Since 2005 he has been founding president of Psiterra Association in Iași. He organises the National Narrative Therapy Conferences and Symposiums and the 3rd Europe+ Narrative Therapy and Community Work Conference (2014). He delivers professional training courses in Narrative Communication Skills, narrative executive coaching, personal and professional development, and narrative organisational consulting.

He has published 2 co-edited books, 5 books as author and co-author, 7 chapters in volumes at international publishers, 47 chapters at Romanian publishers, 36 specialist articles and 2 university textbooks as author and co-author. The most recently translated book is a volume promoting narrative practices inspired by narrative therapy: McMenamin (2025). Two Islands and a Boat. Iași: Revista Timpul Publishing House.
