Set on the background of economic migration, Clara is a single mother from Romania, working as a caregiver in Germany to support her family. Ionuț, her 12-year-old son, is at home together with his grandfather, who takes care of him. When the boy disappears, Clara returns to her hometown to find him and repair her relationship with Ionuț.
