“I am a mother of two boys aged 18 and 12, and I do my best to pass on as much courage as I can to them. At the same time, I work with women who have experience in decision-making roles and are going through a process of personal or professional realignment. I support them in redefining their identity and direction, so that they don’t lose the next 10 years of their lives in hesitation. In my work as an Adlerian psychotherapist and systemic coach, I combine structure and creativity with depth and humour, so that the process brings both awareness and real progress.”

“I am a woman, a mother of three wonderful children, an entrepreneur of 15 years, and above all, a human being who wants to live with meaning and joy. I am an ordinary woman, with desires, fears, dreams, and many challenges. I love my life in Iași. I love to build, I love to create stories and experiences. I choose to get involved in projects I believe in. My goal in life is as selfish as can be. I want to be happy. At various stages of my life, I have seen happiness take many forms. Now I feel that if I am healthy, full of vitality, and have enough freedom to do what I want and how I want — I am happy. Only, this aspiration is tied to my other roles, namely those of mother and entrepreneur. It is a sophisticated game in which, like it or not, it is good to be patient, to practise acceptance, to stay focused on the process — however imperfect it is — in order to reach a kind of harmony, because I no longer quite believe in balance per se. I believe that being a mother is hard, especially a single mother. I believe we put far too much pressure on ourselves, beyond social pressure. I believe we are responsible for our own lives. I don’t believe in luck. I believe in dreams and hard work. I believe good wins out. I also believe that education deserves a significant share of GDP. I believe we can heal in nature. I believe social media is one of our greatest challenges, both for adults and children. And I believe we can change the world only through our own example.”

Andreea Marc is Head of Communication at CGM Software Romania, a Word Tailor on her Substack “Pentru Oamenii Ăia Buni”, an active woman with a healthy lifestyle, a diabetic, and a single mother of Rebeca, a likeable pre-teen of 12. Andreea has been through a great deal over the years: postnatal depression, burnout, divorce, obesity, financial difficulties. And just as she fell, she rose back up — even stronger than before, ready to inspire other mothers that it is possible.

“I am a parenting counsellor, writer, and mother of three children. As a Hand in Hand Parenting Instructor and personal development counsellor, I have been guiding parents for 10 years who want a solid relationship with their children based on trust, gentleness, and joy. I help my clients move away from the outdated parenting model and access their gentle, playful, and confident selves. For mothers in particular, I have created events and programmes that facilitate self-care, connection, and introspection. I firmly believe that we, as parents, can contribute to the harmonious development of our children by first taking care of ourselves. Our emotional and physical health, balance, and joy in everyday life can reduce social pressure and create the right space for healthy growth — both for our children and for ourselves.”
