EMOTIONS AND PHOTOGRAPHY

This workshop proposes a creative exploration of emotions through photography, inspired by the world of the film Inside Out and the five basic emotions it popularises: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust.

The event starts from the idea that emotions are not only felt but also interpreted, and that photography becomes a tool through which we can observe, construct, and even transform the way they are expressed and perceived. Participants are not mere spectators but active creators of meaning.

This understanding becomes a metaphor for everyday life: we have agency in how we choose to interpret and express our emotions, and in how we can change the stage on which we exist.

Raluca Munteanu works in real estate, involved in urban regeneration initiatives and in creating concepts that aim to bring long-term value to communities. Passionate about cities and the way spaces can influence daily life, she is drawn to projects that transform urban areas into vibrant, relevant destinations. Outside her professional work she is passionate about photography, sport, and good food.
